What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle emergency tire breakdowns and dispatch road service to tire dealerships for commercial fleet customers
- Collect breakdown information from commercial truck drivers to ensure efficient service
- Multitask and manage multiple streams of communication with professionalism and attention to detail
- Verify information, troubleshoot issues, and track all communications
- Demonstrate excellent attendance, dependability, and courteous communication as part of the customer support team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in one of the authorized states: AR, IN, IA, KS, MO, NE, OK, TN, TX, or WI
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong written communication skills and clear phone voice
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to troubleshoot computer and internet issues
- Capability to work on holidays and mandatory overtime when required
- Excellent comprehension skills for online learning and retention of new information
