A customer support agent at Foley plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, providing detailed information about our products, building positive relationships, gathering customer feedback, managing escalated issues collaboratively, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.

This is a remote position; residents of CT, MA, GA, SC, FL, & TX are encouraged to apply!

Pay: $18.25/hr — Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm EST (evening availability required two evenings per week)

Requirements
  • Support clients, drivers, and candidates in understanding DOT and FCRA regulations
  • Conduct employment verifications and gather crucial information
  • Respond to client questions, review driver documents, and process compliance documents
  • Maintain expertise in regulations and Foley products; educate clients on drug testing and background checks
  • Promote Foley’s reputation and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and issues
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps
  • Handle complex or escalated issues collaboratively
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat messages
Additional Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Remote work experience preferred
  • Experience with SaaS applications
  • Reliable internet and a peaceful work environment
  • Flexibility for shift work, including evenings
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong customer service skills and proactive attitude
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internal systems
