AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage online, over the phone, and in person, guiding customers toward a no-haggle vehicle purchase with an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll respond to leads promptly, answer questions, help customers compare options, and ensure a smooth journey from digital inquiry to in-store visit, while following up to build loyalty and transition customers to the Service department after purchase.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• You want to work for a car dealer with a strong moral compass and respectful associates.

Responsabilités

• Interact with online, phone, and in-person customers to guide their vehicle selection.
• Respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and provide information to facilitate deals.
• Help guide customers from phone/internet contact to an in-store experience with excellent service.
• Follow up after purchase and assist in transitioning customers to the Service department.
