Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads online, over the phone, and in person to drive store visits and close deals, ensuring payment options fit customers' budgets and lifestyles.

You will follow up to guarantee satisfaction, foster loyalty, and smoothly transition buyers to the Service department for ongoing ownership support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
