Fresno Lexus is seeking an enthusiastic Internet Sales Professional to present new and pre-owned vehicles, guide customers through features, pricing and financing options, and secure prompt sales while building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, professional appearance, excellent communication, and the ability to prospect daily; dealership culture rewards CSI and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years automotive Internet Sales experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
• Previous Internet Sales or Customer Service experience (any industry) a plus.
• Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
• Excellent client/customer service and satisfaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing and contrasting models; and explaining warranties and services.
• Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options, features, value-add products, services, and financing options.
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all traffic laws are followed.
• Continuously learns about product updates, features, accessories, and inventory and their benefits to the customer.
• Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
• Negotiates sale closure in an ethical fashion and completes the purchase agreement.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation and high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
• Prospects daily for potential customers and maintains rapport with previously sold customers.
