Job summary

Fresno-Lexus is seeking an enthusiastic Internet Sales Professional to join our Fresno showroom. You will present new and used vehicles online, respond to inquiries, arrange test drives, and help customers understand financing options while maintaining professional relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in automotive Internet Sales or sales, strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a self-motivated, team-oriented attitude; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years automotive Internet Sales experience preferred, but training available.
• Able to achieve goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bi-lingual a plus; Lexus experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, abilities, features, test drives, and warranties.
• Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes models, value-add products, and financing options.
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures compliance with traffic laws.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, promotions, and inventory.
• Maintains customer follow-up and promotes repeat/referral business.
• Negotiates sale closure ethically and documents sales activities.
• Prospects daily for potential customers and shares information with management.
