Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to assist hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person as they navigate vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You’ll respond to leads quickly and guide customers from digital contact to an in-store experience, delivering an exceptional customer journey.

You’ll engage with shoppers, explain options and terms, and work toward closing deals while ensuring post-purchase satisfaction and smooth handoff to Service.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
