Job summary

Hy-Vee Inc. is seeking an Aisles Online Service Lead to manage daily operations and direct labor within the Aisles Online department. You will supervise staff, streamline workflows, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

You''ll handle customer concerns, communicate with department leadership, and train new employees while maintaining a high standard of service. This hourly role requires reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related job experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and resolving concerns.
• Supervise and direct the work of Aisles Online employees, organizing labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control including proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding labor needs, receiving, storage, rotation, and delivery issues.
• Train new employees and complete employee performance reviews.
• Attend and participate in team meetings as assigned.
