Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with needs; resolve concerns as needed.
• Supervise Aisles Online staff, plan labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control and proper handling of equipment/merchandise.
• Coordinate with supervisors on labor needs, receiving, storage and delivery issues.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Attend team meetings and participate in assigned projects.
• Answer phone calls with friendly, helpful service and take orders.
