Job summary

Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking an Admissions Counselor to be the first point of contact for prospective online degree program students.

You will guide applicants through the admissions process, coach them toward enrollment, and promote student success in a fast‑growing educational services organization. The role involves coaching, relationship building, and clear communication, with remote work opportunities and training to ensure a smooth journey from application to class enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and listening skills with good follow-up.
• Self-motivated, empathetic, and goal-oriented with coaching ability.
• Ability to guide students through admissions and transfer credits.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Counsel and guide applicants through the admissions process via phone, email, or text.
• Maintain accurate records of student information while protecting confidentiality.
