Job summary

Grand Canyon Education is seeking Junior Counselors to support traditional and online student recruitment. You will engage prospective students and families by phone, guiding them through the admissions process and coordinating visits with Admissions Counselors.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s or master’s program at GCU with required GPA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with CRM and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with students and families by phone to guide admission processes.
• Use university systems to process information and communicate with prospective students.
• Coordinate visits and meetings for Admissions Counselors, onsite or virtual.
• Handle inquiries from prospective students and coordinate with campus departments.
