Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years’ related experience with at least 60 college credits completed.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for prospective online degree students and help enroll them in online programs.
• Reach out to new and prospective online students with a phone campaign (100+ dials, 3+ hours of talk time daily).
• Introduce new students to the online classroom and maintain confidential student information records.
• Counsel prospective students through the admissions process and explain program requirements, transfer credits, and payment options.
