SystemsAccountants Inc. is partnering with a growing consultancy to hire a Lead OneStream Consultant to deliver tailored CPM solutions for a diverse client base.

You will own engagements from requirements gathering and design through development, implementation, and delivery, guiding client teams to resolve complex financial and operational challenges. In addition to leading client engagements, you will mentor junior consultants, collaborate with project managers, and contribute to the delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on OneStream implementations and support.
• Experience with OneStream rules, workflows, metadata, data integration, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of EPM and finance processes: close, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Proven experience leading requirements gathering and client discussions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills bridging finance and technology.

Responsabilités

• Lead OneStream implementations and deliver hands-on technical work.
• Work with clients to gather requirements and translate into scalable OneStream solutions.
• Design, configure, develop, and maintain OneStream applications.
• Apply FP&A knowledge to financial close, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate with finance and technology teams.
• Coordinate with project managers to plan activities and manage deliverables.
• Troubleshoot data issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Mentor junior consultants and review code and solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Contribute to improving consulting methodologies and standards.
