Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced OneStream Lead Consultant to join its Digital practice in the United States. You will lead performance management engagements, delivering budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and BI solutions for clients.

The role emphasizes design-to-deploy work, client workshops, and mentorship within cross-functional teams. Strong FP&A background and OneStream expertise are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, CS, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in FP&A or FP&A consulting.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation.
• Experience working with external clients on solution development and implementation is a plus.
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise to design, build, test, and deploy CPM/EPM solutions.
• Support client workshops to gather requirements and design documentation for OneStream.
• Engage in OneStream solution quality and testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT).
• Build, test & deploy reports, cube views, dashboards, templates and forms.
• Develop a roadmap with clients to outline an overall solution vision and milestones.
