Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Consultant to deliver consultative services for customers implementing OneStream for financial reporting and performance management. You will work with client teams to design, build, and validate OneStream applications, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on OneStream knowledge, teamwork with customers and fellow consultants, and mentoring junior staff within finance-focused projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as accounting, business, finance, information systems or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of CPM/EPM implementation experience.
• Demonstrated MS Office and data modeling skills.
• Knowledge of financial accounting processes.
• Strong technical skills related to product implementation.
• Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build extensible cubes, metadata, data sources, transformation rules, forms, journal templates, workflows.
• Migrate application artifacts and system components between OS environments.
• Write certification questions.
• Create cube views, reports, dashboards, and custom workspace dashboards.
• Write basic conditional and standard business rules.
• Prepare application and project documentation.
• Communicate with project teams and senior management.
• Conduct customer training.
• Mentor new Consultants.
• Produce project documentation including status and design docs, end-user training materials, test scripts, and validation templates.
• Participate in regional and global practice calls.
• Present knowledge-share sessions.
• Respond to inquiries from OneStream employees via OneCommunity.
• Distribute weekly status reports.
