Qualifications

• 4+ years of full life cycle experience implementing OneStream XF.
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical solutions to empower functional business needs.
• Experience leading project delivery, quality control, and strategic aspects of consulting projects for publicly and privately held organizations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build teams that deliver services and solutions that surpass client expectations.
• Strong understanding of CPM processes: close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting.
• OneStream rules and/or .NET and/or VBA and/or SQL experience.
• Experience with data integration, conversions, and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Work on functional and technical aspects of OneStream engagements across full project lifecycle.
• Support business development pursuits and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodology, standards, tools, and templates.
• Educate internal and external audiences on OneStream XF capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with other Highspring services to engage as business partner and advisor to clients.
• Embrace and embody Highspring's culture and guiding principles.
