Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience implementing OneStream solutions.
• Experience with OneStream rules, configuration, workflows, metadata and reporting.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, financial close, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering and client discussions.
• Proven ability to mentor junior consultants and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead OneStream implementations and optimization projects from design to delivery.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Design, configure, develop, and maintain OneStream applications and reporting.
• Apply FP&A knowledge to address COGS, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with finance and tech stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project managers, identify risks, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants through technical guidance and reviews.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
