Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS or a closely related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical architecture experience, with at least three (3) years focusing on OneStream implementations.
• Strong knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries and financial statements.
• Proficiency in .NET and SQL development within OneStream environments.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect certification is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test and deployment of OneStream solutions.
• Lead client workshops and produce design documentation for OneStream applications.
• Develop OneStream proofs of concepts to optimize performance.
• Oversee solution quality, testing and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with clients to define an overall solution vision and roadmaps.
• Support governance framework and standards for OneStream implementations.
• Design and develop BI, analytics and reporting solutions.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagement management.
• Stay current with OneStream platform advancements and AI capabilities.
• Mentor and train junior staff, and lead internal training.
