Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will drive end-to-end OneStream implementations, shaping client financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and BI offerings across the firm’s client base.

The role requires deep OneStream expertise, strong .NET/SQL skills, and the ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-impact results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of technical architecture experience, with minimum of three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge and understanding of the financial close and consolidation process including account reconciliation, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and how to develop within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and quality.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and build design documentation for OneStream applications.
• Design infrastructure framework within OneStream based on requirements, considering scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts to optimize performance.
• Guide development and deployment of technical solutions and facilitate OneStream reviews.
• Oversee OneStream testing including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
• Develop roadmaps with clients to align on a comprehensive solution vision and identify new optimizations in financial close and planning processes.
• Support governance framework for OneStream standards and procedures to maximize value, integrations, and consistency.
• Collaborate with clients to design and develop BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagement management.
• Stay current with OneStream platform advancements and AI capabilities.
• Mentor junior staff, lead training, and coach team members.
