SoCode Recruitment is seeking an experienced OneStream Manager to join our Finance Technology team and shape the future OneStream environment as the platform migrates from on-premise to OneStream SaaS. You will work with Finance, Technology and senior stakeholders to drive reporting, consolidation, planning and performance management.

The role starts on a contract basis with a clear path to a permanent Manager role after approximately six months, with long-term progression toward AVP based on

• Significant hands-on experience with OneStream.
• Experience with OneStream SaaS migrations or major cloud transformations.
• Strong knowledge of financial close, consolidation, planning and forecasting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate Finance requirements into practical technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the OneStream platform roadmap and future direction.
• Lead the transition from on-premise to OneStream SaaS.
• Translate business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions.
• Provide technical and architectural guidance across development, integrations and enhancements.
• Improve dashboards, reporting and executive-facing functionality.
