Job summary

AvePoint is seeking an experienced OneStream Lead to support and enhance a state-of-the-art finance operating system. This role focuses on administering a production OneStream environment, collaborating with Finance, Analytics, and implementation partners, and driving platform enhancements.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of OneStream administration, strong analytical skills, and experience with data loads and integrations to NetSuite, Power BI, Dynamics CRM, and other systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on OneStream administration experience in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of OneStream functionality: workflows, security, reporting, and Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including user access and security roles.
• Support financial close processes and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to optimize OneStream and support enhancements.
• Manage data integrations with systems like NetSuite, Power BI, Dynamics CRM, and more.
• Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, and Cube Views for reporting needs.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and release validation.
