Job summary

AvePoint is seeking an experienced OneStream Lead to administer and optimize a production OneStream environment. You will partner with Finance, Analytics, and external implementation resources to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and drive platform enhancements.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on OneStream administration, strong knowledge of financial planning processes, and the ability to troubleshoot data and application issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• 3+ years of OneStream administration in production environment.
• Strong understanding of OneStream workflows, metadata, security, data integrations, reporting, Cube Views, dashboards, and Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including user access and security.
• Support financial close processes (monthly, quarterly, annual) with data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and implementation partners for enhancements and optimization.
• Manage data loads and integrations between OneStream and source systems (NetSuite, Power BI Cube, Dynamics CRM, MyHR, Greenhouse, Concur).
• Troubleshoot application and data issues and maintain system documentation.
• Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, reports, and Cube Views for operational and financial reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with Finance and Analytics teams.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and release testing/validation.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
