SystemsAccountants Inc. seeks an experienced OneStream professional to lead a major platform transformation, migrating from on-premise to OneStream SaaS, and to own the ongoing evolution of the environment.

In this role you will combine hands-on development, platform administration, and implementation leadership while partnering with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable OneStream solutions and drive efficiency, data quality, and financial process

Responsabilidades

• Lead the migration from on-premise to OneStream SaaS, including planning, architecture, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Own the end-to-end OneStream platform, including administration, configuration, maintenance, optimization, and enhancements.
• Develop and execute the technical roadmap for OneStream, identifying opportunities to improve functionality, scalability, automation, and performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain OneStream business rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workspaces, and XF Marketplace solutions.
• Support and enhance core financial processes across Financial Close, Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions.
• Manage platform integrations, data flows, and automation to improve financial process efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and establish governance, documentation, and development standards.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary contact for OneStream.

We are seeking an experienced OneStream professional to lead a significant platform transformation, overseeing the migration of an existing OneStream environment from an on-premise deployment to OneStream SaaS. This individual will play a critical role in driving the migration strategy and execution, while taking ownership of the broader OneStream platform and its continued evolution. The position will combine hands‑on technical development, platform administration, implementation leadership, and partnership with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders.

Initially joining on a contract basis, this individual will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position, assuming long‑term ownership of the OneStream environment, driving system enhancements, and ensuring the platform continues to support the organization's evolving financial and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of the existing OneStream environment from on-premise to OneStream SaaS, overseeing technical planning, architecture, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Own the end-to-end OneStream platform, including ongoing administration, configuration, maintenance, optimization, and future enhancements.
• Develop and execute the technical roadmap for OneStream, identifying opportunities to improve functionality, scalability, automation, and overall platform performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain OneStream business rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workspaces, and XF Marketplace solutions.
• Support and enhance core financial processes across Financial Close, Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Account Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions.
• Manage platform integrations, data flows, and automation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and establish best practices around platform governance, documentation, and development standards.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary point of contact for OneStream, providing guidance and support to business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience implementing, administering, and enhancing OneStream.
• Demonstrated experience leading OneStream implementations and, specifically, migrating OneStream environments from on-premise to SaaS.
• Strong technical understanding of OneStream architecture, configuration, and platform administration.
• Experience developing OneStream business rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workspaces, XF Marketplace solutions, and platform automation.
• Strong understanding of Financial Close, Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Account Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, and broader EPM processes.
• Experience managing system integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate as both a hands‑on technical resource and a strategic platform owner.
