Job summary

AvePoint is seeking an experienced OneStream Lead to support and enhance our finance operating system in a fast-growing software environment. You will administer the production OneStream platform and partner with Finance, Analytics, and external implementation resources.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on OneStream administration, strong knowledge of financial planning processes, data integrations, and reporting. This role offers a remote-friendly model and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on OneStream administration in production.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• Experience with data integrations and reporting in OneStream.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain OneStream platform including user access.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Manage data integrations with source systems like NetSuite and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot application and data issues.
• Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, and Cube Views.
• Gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Ensure data integrity with validation and reconciliation.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
