Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking an experienced OneStream professional to lead a significant platform transformation, migrating from on-premise to OneStream SaaS. You will own the platform end-to-end, drive the migration strategy, and partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT to evolve the solution.

Initially joining on a contract basis, there is potential to transition into a permanent role with long-term ownership, ongoing enhancements, and governance of financial and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing, administering, and enhancing OneStream.
• Demonstrated experience leading OneStream implementations and migrations to SaaS.
• Strong technical understanding of OneStream architecture, configuration, and platform administration.
• Experience developing OneStream business rules, cube views, dashboards, workspaces, XF Marketplace solutions, and platform automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from on-premise to OneStream SaaS, including planning, architecture, execution, testing and deployment.

• Develop and execute the technical roadmap for OneStream to improve function, scalability, and performance.
• Design and maintain OneStream rules, cube views, dashboards, workspaces, and XF Marketplace solutions.
• Support financial processes across close, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions with Finance, Accounting and IT.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced OneStream professional to lead a significant platform transformation, overseeing the migration of an existing OneStream environment from an on-premise deployment to OneStream SaaS. This individual will play a critical role in driving the migration strategy and execution, while taking ownership of the broader OneStream platform and its continued evolution. The position will combine hands‑on technical development, platform administration, implementation leadership, and partnership with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders.

Initially joining on a contract basis, this individual will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position, assuming long‑term ownership of the OneStream environment, driving system enhancements, and ensuring the platform continues to support the organization’s evolving financial and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of the existing OneStream environment from on‑premise to OneStream SaaS, overseeing technical planning, architecture, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Own the end‑to‑end OneStream platform, including ongoing administration, configuration, maintenance, optimization, and future enhancements.
• Develop and execute the technical roadmap for OneStream, identifying opportunities to improve functionality, scalability, automation, and overall platform performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain OneStream business rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workspaces, and XF Marketplace solutions.
• Support and enhance core financial processes across Financial Close, Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Account Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions.
• Manage platform integrations, data flows, and automation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and establish best practices around platform governance, documentation, and development standards.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary point of contact for OneStream, providing guidance and support to business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience implementing, administering, and enhancing OneStream.
• Demonstrated experience leading OneStream implementations and, specifically, migrating OneStream environments from on‑premise to SaaS.
• Strong technical understanding of OneStream architecture, configuration, and platform administration.
• Experience developing OneStream business rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workspaces, XF Marketplace solutions, and platform automation.
• Strong understanding of Financial Close, Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Account Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, and broader EPM processes.
• Experience managing system integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate as both a hands‑on technical resource and a strategic platform owner.
