Job summary

AvePoint seeks an experienced OneStream Lead to administer and enhance a production OneStream environment, partnering with Finance, Analytics, and external resources. You will support data integrations and system configurations to ensure accurate financial close and reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and continuous platform improvements with a focus on data integrity and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on OneStream administration experience in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of OneStream functionality: workflows, security, metadata, data integrations, reporting, Cube Views.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and related processes.
• Experience supporting data loads, integrations, and issue troubleshooting in production environments.
• Experience with business rules and system configurations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and improvements.
• Experience with testing, upgrades, and implementation activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including user access, security roles, and system configurations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to support enhancements and optimization.
• Manage and support data integrations between OneStream and source systems (NetSuite, Power BI Cube, Dynamics CRM, MyHR, Greenhouse, Concur).
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues.
• Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, reports, and Cube Views for operational and financial reporting.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Analytics teams to gather requirements and translate to technical solutions.
• Support system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and release activities with testing and validation.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Create and maintain system documentation including configurations and user guides.
