Job summary

Baker Tilly Digital is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join our growing practice. You will deliver OneStream CPM/EPM projects, including budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation and BI solutions for clients across the region and beyond.

The role requires collaborating with clients from requirements through design, development, testing and deployment. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of FP&A or FP&A consulting are required; OneStream certification is preferred

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or FP&A consulting experience
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation
• Experience working with external clients on solution development and implementation
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to mentor others and manage projects

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise to support design, build, test, and deploy CPM/EPM solutions
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and design documentation for OneStream
• Engage in solution quality and testing (unit/integration/regression/UAT)
• Build and deploy reports, dashboards, and forms to meet client needs
• Develop roadmaps and communicate initiatives across project teams
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and budgeting accuracy
