Job summary

IT Impact Consulting is seeking a OneStream Functional Lead to translate PPBE and budget formulation processes into clear system requirements and functional designs. The role will lead stakeholder engagement, coordinate delivery workstreams, and guide testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading stakeholder workshops and translating PPBE processes into clear system requirements.
• 4+ years designing and validating data models, workflows, and reports.
• Experience coordinating functional and development workstreams, including status tracking, risk management, issue resolution, testing, and UAT.
• Knowledge of DoD security, privacy, cybersecurity, and system access requirements.
• Experience leading OneStream implementations.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience leading stakeholder workshops and translating PPBE and budget formulation processes into clear system requirements
• 4+ years of experience designing and validating processes, data models, workflows, reports, automated outputs, and system load files
• Experience coordinating functional and development workstreams, including status tracking, risk management, issue resolution, testing, and UAT
• Ability to comply with applicable DoD security, privacy, cybersecurity, and system access requirements
• Practical experience supporting complex PPBE Budget Formulation preferred
• Experience with General Fund and/or Working Capital Fund environments, appropriation structures, Justification Books, and budget exhibits preferred
• Experience leading the functional design and implementation of OneStream solutions preferred
