Job summary

SystemsAccountants is seeking a highly collaborative OneStream Systems Manager to lead ongoing administration, enhancements, and strategic evolution of the OneStream platform. You will bridge Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to support enterprise planning, reporting, consolidation, and finance transformation initiatives.

The role demands strong OneStream expertise, stakeholder management, solution design, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OneStream administration/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, FP&A, close processes, and management reporting.
• Proven experience partnering with Finance and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable OneStream solutions.
• Experience leading OneStream implementations and enhancements.
• Familiarity with ERP, BI, and EPM environments in finance transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enhancements, issue resolution, and optimization across consolidation, planning, reporting, and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and platform performance.
• Build relationships with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and operational leaders.
• Act as trusted advisor translating business requirements into OneStream solutions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, process reviews, and roadmaps.
• Drive alignment between business priorities and technology capabilities.
• Lead functional design discussions and support implementation of new planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, automation, and reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors as needed.
• Support development and enhancement of dashboards, reporting packages, and management reporting.
• Partner with FP&A and Finance teams to improve forecasting and driver-based planning.
• Ensure business users are leveraging the platform through training and enablement.
• Manage project timelines, backlog, and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and communicate status to leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts or administrators where applicable.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

This role will serve as the bridge between Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders, ensuring the platform supports enterprise planning, reporting, consolidation, and broader finance transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will combine strong functional OneStream expertise with stakeholder management, solution design, and leadership capabilities. This individual will partner closely with Finance and operational leaders to understand business needs, prioritize enhancements, and drive scalable solutions that improve financial processes and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with OneStream in an administrator, functional lead, systems manager, or consulting capacity
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, FP&A, close processes, and management reporting
• Experience partnering directly with Finance and business stakeholders
• Ability to translate functional business requirements into system solutions
• Experience supporting or leading OneStream implementations and enhancements
• Knowledge of finance transformation initiatives across ERP, EPM, and BI environments
• Strong communication, relationship management, and project coordination skills
