Job summary

IT Impact Consulting is seeking a OneStream Functional Consultant to support requirements, process design, data validation, testing, and adoption for a complex PPBE Budget Formulation implementation. The consultant will collaborate across business and technical teams through the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting requirements and translating budget inputs into process designs, data models, and reports.
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state workflows for enterprise financial management implementations.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, functional fit assessment, data validation, test planning, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting deployment, user adoption, knowledge transfer, or development of training materials.
• Ability to comply with DoD security, privacy, cybersecurity, and system access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements and translate budget inputs into process designs, data models, workflows, and reports.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows for enterprise financial management.
• Support stakeholder engagement, functional fit assessment, data validation, testing, and UAT.
• Validate budget formulation reports, exhibits, business rules, and system load files.
• Support deployment, user adoption, training, knowledge transfer, and stabilization.
