Job summary

IT Impact Consulting is seeking a OneStream Functional Lead to translate PPBE and budget formulation processes into clear system requirements and functional designs. The role will lead stakeholder engagement, coordinate delivery workstreams, and guide testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading stakeholder workshops and translating PPBE processes into clear system requirements.
• 4+ years designing and validating data models, workflows, and reports.
• Experience coordinating functional and development workstreams, including status tracking, risk management, issue resolution, testing, and UAT.
• Knowledge of DoD security, privacy, cybersecurity, and system access requirements.
• Experience leading OneStream implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops and translate PPBE processes into system requirements.
• Design and validate processes, data models, workflows, reports, automated outputs, and system load files.
• Coordinate functional and development workstreams, risks, testing, and UAT.
• Map legacy and future-state budget formulation workflows.
• Lead user training, deployment, and post-deployment stabilization.
