Job summary

Gradkell Systems Inc is seeking a Senior OneStream Consultant to act as a technical lead and SME for complex OneStream XF implementations. You will design modules, translate requirements into blueprints, and guide a team of consultants to deliver high-performance solutions.

You will architect financial reports, dashboards, security models, and data migration artifacts, while participating in all phases of the SDLC and maintaining knowledge of the latest OneStream best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Systems Engineering, or Information Systems or related field
• 10+ years of work experience in systems design, infrastructure, tuning/optimization, cloud, development, and deployment
• 5+ years of OneStream experience or comparable software development experience with project delivery
• 4+ years of OneStream XF installation, configuration, and optimization
• Familiar with C# or VB.NET to handle technical requirements
• SQL experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases to manage and manipulate data efficiently

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect OneStream implementations and guide a team of consultants
• Develop and troubleshoot security models, event processes, dashboards, reports, and business rules
• Participate in SDLC phases from analysis to testing and documentation
• Design financial reports and dashboards per client requirements

Job description

As a Senior OneStream Consultant, you will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for our most complex implementations. You will work as the Architect—designing entire application modules, translating functional requirements into technical blueprints, and guiding a team of Lead Consultants and Associate Consultants to deliver high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities Include

• Applying advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles to proficiently develop, write, test, troubleshoot, and document code and interfaces for financial management applications using the OneStream XF platform
• Developing and troubleshooting a variety of components that include security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulas, with a focus on enhancing system functionality and efficiency
• Actively participating in various phases of the software development cycle, ranging from systems analysis and design to development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Designing and creating financial reports and dashboards based on specific client requirements while adhering to industry best practices to ensure the delivery of accurate and meaningful insights
• Identifying potential project risks, providing risk mitigation options, and escalating unresolved risks to project management to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines
• Designing and building data conversion and data load artifacts throughout various project phases, to ensure smooth data migration and accuracy
• Continually expanding your knowledge of OneStream through comprehensive training, financial processes, and industry best practices, to stay abreast of the latest trends and enhance your professional growth
• Working in an agile environment, applying agile practices, and actively participating in daily stand-ups and scrum activities to foster collaborative and efficient project management

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, or Information Systems or related field
• 10+ years of work experience in systems design, infrastructure, tuning/optimization, cloud, development, and deployment
• 5+ years of relevant OneStream experience or comparable experience performing software development, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery
• 4+ years of OneStream XF installation, configuration, and optimization experience
• Familiar with C# or VB.NET, to handle technical requirements of the role
• SQL experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases, to manage and manipulate data effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems
• Experience with the federal financial management within the government sector.
• VB.NETdevelopment experience and/or any object-oriented programming languages
• Work experience in a professional services company and/or a consulting firm
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP).
• Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Clearance Requirements

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
