The role collaborates across Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and other college departments to ensure seamless service.

You will handle collections, payment plans, and sponsor invoicing while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a student-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible general office or financial services experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive student account and financial services in the One Stop Center.
• Support students, faculty, and staff with tuition, payments, refunds, and financial aid posting.
• Coordinate with admissions, financial aid, registrar, and other departments for responsive support.
• Process and post financial aid, adjustments, and refunds; monitor balances.
• Administer payment plans, collections, and third-party sponsorships.
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare related reports.
