Job summary

KRA Corporation in Reno, NV seeks a One-Stop Manager to lead the execution of the One-Stop Operator duties for the EmployNV Career Hubs. You will manage daily operations, ensure service delivery, promote collaboration among partners, and drive continuous quality improvement to meet the workforce development needs of the community.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, coordinate with Nevadaworks, and leverage technology such as ATLAS to track customer flow and outcomes while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in workforce development, project management, or related field.
• Experience with technology platforms such as ATLAS, Salesforce, or similar systems highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OSO duties for EmployNV Career Hubs in the LWDA.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Promote collaboration among system partners and convene meetings.
• Develop and monitor follow-up action steps from partner meetings.
• Track and evaluate inter-agency referrals and partnership performance.
