Job summary

Help at Home is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the United States. You will provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live safely and independently in their homes and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved training program.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow Individual Support Plans.
• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, grooming, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in shopping, social events, appointments, and community activities.
• Document services, progress, and concerns.
• Promote personal choice, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
