Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to implement IEPs and provide one-on-one instruction.
• Experience with students with special needs strongly preferred.
• Physically capable of assisting with daily living tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily schedule and behavior plans to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Assist with implementing IEP objectives under the direction of the teacher.
• Provide one-on-one academic support in reading, writing, and math.
• Support daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student outcomes.
• Assist during recess, field trips, and other activities while supervising students.
