Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a dedicated individual to support students with intensive behavioral needs in educational settings. You will work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet goals outlined in their IEP and help implement behavior support plans.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience in education is preferred. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, progress, and positive outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs is preferred.
• High school diploma required; prior education setting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet goals set forth in their IEP.
• Implement behavior support plans and record data on progress and incidents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
