Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Brookfield, MO is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility. You will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, regain strength, and increase function.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience, a Monday–Friday schedule with a patient-centered team, and comprehensive benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Valid state PTA license.
• Rehab/clinical experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement patient-specific treatment plans created by the PT.
• Lead patients through exercises, mobility training, and rehab activities.
• Educate patients on safe techniques and assistive devices.
• Monitor and document patient progress; report changes to the PT.
• Maintain accurate, compliant therapy records.
• Collaborate with the care team for coordinated treatment.
