Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for full-time work in a skilled nursing facility. Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Valid state PTA license
• Rehab/clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on safe techniques and assistive devices
• Monitor and document patient progress; report changes to the PT
• Maintain accurate therapy records
