Job summary

Lighthouse ABA in New York City seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. This role focuses on building skills, independence, and communication in a supportive home or clinic setting.

You will collect data, follow individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to adjust strategies. Evening and weekend hours available to accommodate families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each child.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Conduct progress data collection and track outcomes.
