Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under supervision by a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting independence.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and modify plans.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers, providing updates on goals, progress, and home strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and data collection.
