Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ABA therapy experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
• Maintain progress data and session notes accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to review plans and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about goals and progress.
• Attend ongoing training to enhance ABA therapy skills.
