Job summary

Lighthouse ABA, a New York City-based in-home ABA therapy provider, seeks passionate Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision.

You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect data, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and communicate progress to families. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are available; prior ABA experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in BCBA-supervised environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy and follow individualized plans.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate with parents about goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection.
