Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home sales, preferably roofing, construction, or home improvement.
• A true one-call closer with a track record of converting appointments into signed contracts.
• Experience handling objections, building urgency, and confidently asking for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Be a high-volume sales producer: Run leads consistently and maintain strong personal sales numbers.
• Close on the first appointment whenever possible by presenting solutions and securing signed contracts.
• Lead by example and set standards for sales performance, urgency, accountability, and professionalism.
• Assist the Sales Manager with leading, coaching, and developing sales representatives.
• Help recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field training to strengthen sales skills and closing techniques.
• Coach representatives on lead management, customer presentations, objection handling, and closing strategies.
• Monitor personal and team production against sales targets.
• Help drive revenue growth and foster a competitive, results-oriented culture.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial appointment to contract signing.
