You will assist with basic clinical tasks under supervision and use the EMR system to document care and patient information. The position offers a 12-hour day shift, full-time status (FTE 0.90), and a compensation range of $16.37–$24.89 per hour.

Qualifications

• Basic clerical and patient documentation duties.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to perform bedside patient care tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers; maintain unit communications.
• Answer phones and route information to appropriate parties.
• Monitor patients and document vital signs and actions.
• Assist with intravenous therapy and splinting/casting under supervision.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes and basic bedside procedures.
• Transport specimens, x-rays and equipment as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient hygiene.
• Maintain unit cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Utilize EMR for patient records and nursing unit documentation.
