Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required at time of hire.
• Preferred: CNA/Medical Assistant training or 6 months direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers; facilitate accurate and timely unit communication.
• Answer phones and route information appropriately.
• Monitor patients and document vital signs and actions in patient records.
• Assist nurses and providers with basic patient care tasks and procedures as directed.
