Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers; facilitate unit communication.
• Answer phones and process information; redirect calls as needed.
• Monitor patients and document data in patient records; transport patients.
• Collect vital signs and input into EMR; record actions.
• Assist with venipuncture and basic bedside testing where trained.
• Assist with wound care, dressings, and preoperative prep.
• Support nursing/physician procedures and daily living activities.
