Scorpion Therapeutics in Denver, CO seeks Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead to oversee onboarding, readiness, and operational support for treatment sites. You will ensure sites can execute end-to-end treatment journeys and serve as the product operations SME.

This role requires 5+ years in healthcare/life sciences, strong cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel up to 50%. You will partner with site leaders to optimize workflows for advanced therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration)
• Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem
• Track record working with provider organizations/operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies
• Ability to operate effectively in "white space" environments
• Strong operational problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; leadership and collaboration
• Ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements)
• Provide process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources for implementation and ongoing operational support
• Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge to execute the product’s end-to-end treatment journey (onboarding → ordering workflow execution → steady-state operations)
• Serve as product operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites (process, operations, logistics)
• Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and drive resolution via cross-functional coordination and defined processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support coordinated, compliant engagement
• Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, responsive support
• Use (approved) company dashboards/data to assess site operational metrics and identify operational improvement opportunities
• Synthesize site feedback/process insights to enhance HQ communications, workflows, resources, and education
