Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead to oversee onboarding and readiness for product treatment sites, educate on workflow, and ensure end-to-end treatment journeys are executed consistently.

The candidate will serve as site operations SME, triage issues, collaborate with oncology field teams, build relationships with site leaders, and use HQ data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in evolving “white space” environments.
• Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction points, diagnose root causes, coordinate next steps).
• Ability to build relationships with operational stakeholders; excellent communication/interpersonal skills; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites; educate on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing operational support.
• Ensure sites have operational capabilities/knowledge for consistent end-to-end treatment journey execution.
• Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites; support product process, operations, and logistics.
• Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate resolution through cross-functional processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders via consistent, responsive support.
• Use approved company data/dashboards to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
