Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead to operate as a field-based operational expert supporting treatment sites. You will drive onboarding, readiness, and end-to-end workflows from onboarding to steady-state, acting as the process and logistics SME.

You will travel ~50% to engage with site leaders, collaborate with oncology field teams, and push for operational improvements and HQ feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
• Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge.
• Track record implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider/operational stakeholders.
• Able to travel ~50% and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding/readiness support for treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
• Provide process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources.
• Ensure sites can consistently execute end-to-end operational journey (onboarding → ordering workflow execution → steady-state).
• Act as product operational subject matter expert (process, operations, logistics).
• Serve as primary contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate resolution cross-functionally.
